Smt. Puspanjali Mohanty is the Founder and Chairman of the Utkal Seva Prakalpa, She is a social worker of high repute who has contributed her entire life for the development of weaker sections in the society. She is very talented Social Worker with the experience of working with people experiencing crisis or people who are socially excluded providing support to enable service users to help themselves, maintaining professional relationships with service users, acting as a guide, advocate or as a critical friend.
