The college has a Department of physical education with a well experienced lecturer in-charge of the department. The SAI Institute has state-of-the-art football and Kabadi ground. Our contemporary basketball court has flood light facility. Our campus also has advanced facilities for indoor games and all sports activities are guided by well qualified professionals. The institute has health club with modern facilities.

The Department of Physical Education and Sports under Department of Basic Science and Humanities, from 2014. The College maintain a full fledge Sports activity centre throughout the year and provides facilities for outdoor and indoor games for near about 5 to 10 Events. The College also participate in Regional Level Polyfest organised by Directorate of Technical Education & Training, Odisha Inter-College Sports Meet in 15 events. The College also participate in State Level Polyfest organised by Directorate of Technical Education & Training, Odisha Govt. of Odisha Inter- Regional Level Sports Meet in 9 events. The College also organize every year Inter-College Kabadi & Volleyball Tournament, this year also organized.
